It would cost three million to buy the site, and another five million just to make the ground habitable.
There are a tonne of guards and a couple of dogs, so you have to make like a damn ninja.

I've seen similar places to this, some looking worse...my bedroom looks a little like this after I have a bit of an anger let-out xD
There's a place over in the UK near where I live that has a similar place and its an old abandoned hospital, still with the original décor and stuff. Really eerie and at the same time, an awesome place to be in.
